MAISON 627 FOUNDER
JENNIFER VINCENT RN, NP
I’m a Nurse Practitioner with a background in ICU, Primary Care, and Medical Aesthetics, and I genuinely love what I do. With over 15 years in nursing and almost nine years in medical aesthetics, I still feel incredibly lucky to work with people every day and to do work that combines clinical knowledge, precision, and an artistic eye.
I’m a mom to two girls who are the absolute loves of my life. Between school, activities, two dogs, two cats, and everything else that fills our days, life is wonderfully busy. We’re usually planning our next adventure before we’ve unpacked from the last one. And when I’m not doing all of that, I’m often at work, which, thankfully, is also one of my favourite places to be.
I’m very detail-oriented, probably to a fault. I notice the little things, and I think that matters in aesthetics. My goal is never to change someone’s face or make them look “done.” I’m drawn to subtle, thoughtful treatments that enhance what’s already there and leave you looking like yourself, just refreshed.
I love that aesthetics allows me to combine science with an artistic eye. I’ve had the opportunity to train with incredible educators across North America, and I’m always looking for opportunities to learn and refine my approach. So far, Delaware and Stockholm are on next year’s training agenda!
Most importantly, I want my clients to feel comfortable, listened to, and completely themselves when they leave my clinic. I’m incredibly grateful to have built a career doing something I love, alongside people I genuinely enjoy working with.

ASHLEY FOSTER RN, BN
My journey into medical aesthetics wasn't exactly a straight line, but looking back, I feel like every part of my career has brought me right where I'm meant to be.
Before becoming a Registered Nurse, I worked as a Registered Massage Therapist, where I developed a love for anatomy, hands-on care, and helping people feel their best. I later went into nursing, gaining experience in general surgery and community nursing, with a focus on complex wound care. Along the way, I developed a real interest in skin health and healing, which eventually led me to discover my passion for medical aesthetics.
Today, I specialize in advanced laser treatments and cosmetic injectables at Maison 627. I love being able to bring together my nursing background, creativity, and passion for helping people feel good about themselves. Laser treatments are especially close to my heart, and I'm always excited to continue learning, growing, and bringing new techniques and treatments to my clients.
For me, aesthetics is about enhancing the beauty that's already there. I love getting to know my clients, understanding what they're hoping to achieve, and creating treatment plans that feel right for them. I want everyone who comes into my treatment room to feel comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for.
I'm also incredibly grateful for the wonderful team I get to work alongside at Maison 627. Being surrounded by such talented and supportive women makes every day that much better, and I truly love being part of this little family.
Outside of the clinic, I'm a proud mom to my son and an animal lover with three dogs and two cats. Between family, work, and my little zoo at home, life is rarely quiet, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
The most rewarding part of what I do is the relationships I build with my clients and getting to be a small part of helping them feel good about themselves. My goal is for every client to leave feeling a little more confident than when they arrived.
SKIN CARE PHILOSOPHY
I’m a big believer in enhancing what’s already there rather than changing how someone looks. Healthy skin is always the foundation, so I love using laser and good skincare first, then injectables to subtly enhance and balance features. The goal is always to still look like you.

Laser resurfacing. The results can be incredible, but honestly, I love how every treatment can enhance someone’s natural beauty in a different way.

I’ve been a nurse since 2010, with a career that has most notably focused on Cardiac Intensive Care. It was in the ICU that I developed my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and appreciation for the little things that can make all the difference.
My passion for health and wellness eventually led me to the world of medical aesthetics, and I haven’t looked back. I love the artistry, the science, and, more than anything, the opportunity to sit down with someone, get to know them, and create a thoughtful treatment plan that feels entirely their own.
I’ve travelled across North America to learn from some incredibly talented professionals, and I continue to seek out mentorships and preceptorships to refine my techniques, challenge my perspectives, and grow as a practitioner. I’m constantly pushing myself to learn more and evolve alongside this ever-changing industry. Education is something I take seriously, and I’m committed to bringing that knowledge and experience back to you.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me at home with my seven-year-old daughter and my 15 year old dog, who are my absolute world. I’m also a fully certified cheer mom (self-appointed) Go Spartans!
More than anything, I love connecting with people. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, sharing your goals, and knowing that you have someone in your corner throughout your aesthetic journey.

I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 12 years, with a career that has taken me through high-risk Labour & Delivery, postpartum care, NICU, emergency, and community nursing. Each of those experiences has shaped the way I care for people and taught me the importance of making someone feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for.
My nursing career eventually led me to medical aesthetics, where I’ve found a whole new way to combine my clinical background, attention to detail, and love of connecting with people. I’m passionate about creating natural, thoughtful results and taking the time to understand what each client is hoping to achieve.
I’m always learning and continuing to build my skills through education, training, and mentorship. One of my favourite parts of joining Maison 627 has been being surrounded by a team of women who are incredibly supportive and equally passionate about what they do.
As a Transcona girl myself, I especially love being able to see clients right here in the community I call home. There’s something pretty special about getting to build this part of my career in a place that has always been such a big part of my life.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom of two, and life is usually busy in the best way. I love spending time with my family, travelling, shopping, and making the most of life’s experiences - preferably with a glass of red wine in hand.
More than anything, I want the people who come into my treatment room to feel at ease. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, talking openly about your goals, and knowing that your treatment will always be approached thoughtfully and with care.
